Knowit acquires the management consultants Ascend
6 SEP 2022
Knowit AB (publ.) is acquiring Ascend AB and its sister company Ionic AB with a total of around 60 employees in Stockholm. The companies will become part of Knowit’s business area Insight and strengthen the existing management offer, primarily in the areas Business Technology and Commercial Excellence. The acquisition of Ascend and Ionic supplements Knowit Insight’s offer further and contributes to a stronger market position, with a total of around 500 consultants in the Nordic region.

Knowit acquires the strategy agency Marketing Clinic

Knowit AB (publ) is acquiring the Finnish company Marketing Clinic, with a strong reputation in strategy, branding, and business development. Marketing Clinic has around 60 strategy consultants, primarily in Helsinki, but also has operations in Oslo and Stockholm. Through the acquisition, Knowit is strengthening its position in management consulting on the Finnish market and broadening its offer in growth and business development strategies. Following the acquisition, Knowit will have more than 450 employees in Finland.

Knowit acquires the Danish IT consultancy firm Miracle

Knowit AB is acquiring Miracle, a Danish consultancy firm with strongly positioned operations in system development and advisory activities, and high competence in open source platforms. The company has around 130 employees, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Aalborg. The acquisition means that Knowit will get a significantly stronger position on the Danish market.

Knowit acquires the software engineering company Swedspot
24 MAY 2022
Knowit AB is acquiring Swedspot, a company with a strong focus on software development for the car industry. The company has around 40 employees based in Gothenburg and Trollhättan. Swedspot will be an important addition to Knowit’s business area Connectivity, supplementing existing offers in embedded systems with both broad competence in software development and a unique platform with smart services for connected vehicles.

Knowit acquires design and tech agencies in Copenhagen
14 DEC 2021
Knowit AB (publ) is acquiring the Danish design agency 1508 AS and the tech agency Strømlin ApS. The new operations, combined with the business area Knowit Experience’s existing operations in Copenhagen and Aarhus, will create a strong platform for continued growth on the Danish market. The companies’ offers complement one another well and strengthen Knowit Experience’s offer in design, consultancy, and tech.

Knowit acquires management consultants Capacent
1 SEP 2021
Knowit AB (publ) is acquiring the subsidiaries of Capacent that conduct operations in management consulting. Capacent complements Knowit’s offer with services mainly in finance, pricing strategy, and operating capital optimization, and will become part of Knowit’s business area Insight. Knowit Insight’s operations in management consulting will grow by around 50 employees and will, following the acquisition, gain a stronger position in Sweden and Finland, with around 400 consultants.

In addition, Knowit's capacity to offer digital solutions to society's sustainability challenges is enhanced.

Knowit acquires Creuna – forming the largest digital agency in the Nordic region
22 OCT 2020
Knowit acquires Creuna and substantially strengthens its position in the Nordic region. Creuna will become part of Knowit Experience. The companies’ client offerings supplement each other well in digital strategies, data-driven sales, and market communication. The acquisition will mean that Knowit Experience grows to around 900 employees and that the number of employees in the group will be about 2,600.

Knowit acquires the digitalization consultancy firm Invativa
11 DEC 2019
Invativa is a consultancy firm with specialists in digital business and service development. The company has 25 consultants, primarily based in Gothenburg, with branches in Östersund and Sundsvall.
