Remuneration to the Board of Directors for the next year is determined during the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Remuneration paid to the Chairman of the Board and Board members is determined by the Annual General Meeting.
The AGM 2023 resolved on the following remuneration:
- Chairman: KSEK 750 (725)
- Directors: KSEK 280 (270)
- Chairman of the Audit Committee: KSEK 140 (135)
- Member of the Audit Committee: KSEK 70 (68)
- Chairman of the Remuneration Committee: KSEK 73 (70)
- Member of the Remuneration Committee: KSEK 36 (35)
