CASE
MSB (SWEDISH CIVIL CONTINGENCIES AGENCY)
Cybersecurity advisory for the public and private sectors
High-level cybersecurity is both a critical success factor and a requirement for tackling today’s risks. Since 2023, Knowit has been supporting MSB in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Cybersecurity Advisory service—a governmental initiative designed to provide hands-on cybersecurity guidance to both public and private sectors.

CHALLENGE
Cybersecurity expertise is lacking across society
There is a widespread lack of cybersecurity expertise across society. MSB’s task—to offer support to a wide array of organizations—is compounded by a scarcity of resources and limited engagement from leadership, making it difficult for many entities, in both the public and private sectors, to obtain the necessary cybersecurity support.
SOLUTION
Knowit contributes to providing Sweden with cybersecurity support and guidance

RESULT
A service that can be expanded and enhanced as needed
Thanks to Knowit’s support, the Cybersecurity Advisory has become a scalable and adaptable service—established and well-regarded among Swedish organizations across both sectors. It demonstrates tangible impact by effectively bolstering cybersecurity capabilities in real-world settings.
