We are a group of employees who have in common that we are all architecture specialists. We support and guide our clients, thanks to our competence in the various architecture roles: business architecture, solution architecture, software architecture, and infrastructure architecture.

We have contributed to creating innovative solutions based on our clients’ IT strategies, business needs, and market trends. We work with tried and tested methods and contribute to refining and developing new methods.

Our capabilities

We have defined a basic competence that all our consultants must have and which entails:

  • The ability to understand and relate to our clients’ goals and strategies. The capacity to deliver strategic value to the operations.
  • Experience from multiple different perspectives and roles, and deep experience from several areas.
  • The ability to describe, model, visualize, and analyze complex structures.
  • The ability to balance different aspects, one against the other.
  • The capacity for communication, including with people who have entirely different competence.

We get our unique competence through practical work in our client assignments, alongside continuous horizon scanning, participation in conferences, training, and internal lectures, as well as by gaining new certifications.

Which issues are critical for you?

  • How much of the lifecycle consists of development and how much consists of application management?
  • What are the consequences if the system stops?
  • What do the growth prognoses look like? What will happen if this is a success? Can we grow in the current solutions? Are there bottlenecks built into the choice of components?
  • Do we work with open source? What impact does this have?
  • What standard components should we use? How do we ensure that we do not become dependent on a certain supplier?
  • What would be the consequences of a data breach? What kind of protection do we need to minimize the risk and consequences?
  • What kind of personal data processing to we perform? Can we ensure that processing is performed in a correct way?

Architecture is a balancing act

The role of the architect is often about finding the right balance between different interests, in a given context. If you are facing implementation of new IT support, there are many different factors that must be taken into account, which often push the solution in very different directions.

The architect needs to be able to manage and find a solution that is optimally balanced in relation to a large number of different issues. Differing requirements must be quantified and dimensions must be estimated, so that the final solution is neither over- nor under-dimensioned. There are different methods that can be used here, but broad knowledge and experience are usually necessary.

Our offerings

We provide consultancy services in all architecture roles, but have chosen to focus in particular on a few specific areas.

Our strength areas

Solution architecture

We have several experienced consultants specialized in solution architecture with both broad and deep knowledge. We are accustomed to leading architecture workshops involving several parts of our clients’ organizations and can function as a bridge between the operations and technology. We create solutions that weigh different interests, with tried and tested methods, in order to provide the largest possible returns on your investments.

Integration architecture

With broad experience in the field, we can offer architects who are specialized in system integration and integration issues. We have supplied integration architecture in cloud-based environments to several clients. This is a phenomenon for which we see strong growth.

Our delivery often involves coaching and assisting different parts of an organization in integration matters, and in creating governance models for integration, including structures on naming, version control, documentation, and supervision. This will mean that you create an integration landscape that is manageable even when in grows, so that it can be maintained for a long time.
