New date for the AGM of Knowit AB
REGULATORY
The Board of Knowit AB (publ) has made the decision to move forward the Company’s AGM to 11 May 2021.
The Company’s AGM will be held on 11 May 2021 at 1 PM. The Company’s annual report will be published on the Company’s website no later than three weeks before the AGM.
The AGM was originally planned to be held on 29 April 2021.
Notice of the AGM will be given no later than four weeks before the new date.
