Knowit wins European insurance deal
Knowit has signed a multi-year agreement with an established European financial services company making a major investment in insurance. Knowit will play a central role in the initiative, providing a broad range of capabilities combining deep insurance expertise, proprietary technology and expertise in digital customer experiences.
The client is developing a new insurance offering with the ambition of gradually expanding the business across several European markets. The aim is to bring the insurance business together in a common, scalable solution that provides control across the entire value chain – from distribution and customer interaction to administration and business performance monitoring.
Knowit will provide the digital foundation for the initiative. The assignment includes Knowit’s cloud-based i2i insurance platform, together with the development of integrated digital solutions for sales, self-service and customer interaction. By bringing together several parts of Knowit’s offering, the client will gain an integrated solution that supports both current needs and future expansion.
As a first step, the solution will be established in a Nordic market. From the outset, it is being designed to be reusable and scalable as the insurance offering develops and expands into additional markets.

The agreement is long-term, with an initial term of two years.
