Knowit signs new agreement with Kammarkollegiet

NON REGULATORY

Knowit has signed a framework agreement with Kammarkollegiet (Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) regarding IT consulting solutions, implying that Knowit will continue to provide strategic and innovative consulting services to approximately 350 government agencies across Sweden.

The framework agreement aims to give the public sector access to expertise and solutions that support the continued digitalization of essential societal functions. Knowit, a leading player in digital transformation, thereby strengthens its position as a key partner for the public sector. By offering expertise in areas such as system development, architecture, security, and user experience, Knowit can help streamline and modernize public operations.

“We are very proud to have been selected in this important procurement. It confirms our competence and commitment to delivering high-quality IT solutions that strengthen and develop the public sector. We look forward to contributing our expertise and innovative strength to future projects,” says Bertil Nordlund, responsible for the framework agreement at Knowit.

Kammarkollegiet’s framework agreement for IT consulting solutions is one of the largest procurements in the IT sector in Sweden and aims to make it easier for government agencies to find the right expertise and suppliers for their digitalization needs.

Knowit’s CEO Per Wallentin emphasizes the strategic importance of the agreement:
“That Knowit wins this framework agreement confirms that we are one of the most reliable and innovative players in the public sector. We see enormous potential in driving digitalization together with Sweden's government agencies – making a real difference for society, for citizens, and for the future.”

The framework agreement will commence in August 2025 with a contract duration of four years. The total maximum value of the agreement, which can be called upon from nine selected suppliers, is SEK 1.4 billion.
