Knowit is taking an important step into the management consulting sector as a result of a newly signed framework agreement with Kammarkollegiet for Management Consulting services. In addition, a new agreement has been signed within IT-consulting services, where Knowit has once again been entrusted to provide strategic and innovative IT-consulting. The framework agreements may be used by approximately 350 public authorities across Sweden.

The purpose of Kammarkollegiet’s framework agreements is to provide the public sector with access to expertise and solutions that support continued digitalization and the development of vital societal functions. Knowit, as a leading player in digital transformation and management, thereby strengthens its position as a key partner in the ongoing modernization of Sweden’s public sector.

“We are very proud to have won these important procurements. It confirms our competence and commitment to delivering high-quality services within a comprehensive and modern consulting offering that spans from technology to management. In this way, we can support authorities throughout their transformation journey, and we look forward to contributing our expertise and innovation power in future assignments,” says Bertil Nordlund, Framework Agreement Manager at Knowit.

The new framework agreement for management consulting services, in partnership with Effect Management, enables Knowit to contribute to the transformation of the public sector with a broader range of expertise than before.

“Winning this framework agreement confirms that Knowit is one of the strongest players in management Consulting in Sweden. We see tremendous potential in working together with Swedish authorities to drive sustainable transformation that truly makes a difference, for both society and its citizens.”

The framework agreements will come into effect in August and September 2025, with a contract period of four years. The total maximum call-off value of the agreements together amounts to SEK 3.6 billion.
