Knowit establishes new business area

The new business area will consolidate Knowit’s product- and platform-based offerings, currently existing within the Group’s business areas Solutions and Connectivity. The Products business area will comprise approximately 200 employees and will be reported as a separate segment in Knowit’s financial reporting as of the first quarter of 2026. 

The market for IP-driven product- and platform-solutions is growing, and as the development and adoption of AI accelerate, Knowit’s traditional consulting services are increasingly complemented by a higher share of packaged solutions.

In order to further accelerate growth and strengthen its position in this area, Knowit has decided to establish the new business area Products. Over time, Knowit has developed several strong product- and platform-based solutions that deliver clear customer value, high customer loyalty, and recurring revenue streams.

Göran Dahlberg has been appointed Head of the new business area. He already leads the companies within this domain and has extensive experience in developing IP-based businesses, product companies, and technology-driven organizations.
