Change in the number of shares in Knowit AB
REGULATORY
Knowit has, in accordance with previously published information on the acquisition of Creuna, performed a targeted issue of 398,419 shares in Knowit AB (publ).
The issue has result in a change in the number of shares. The total number of shares as of December 30 2020 is 19,652,179.
