Knowit has, in accordance with previously published information in connection with an offset issue for payment of consideration adjustment, performed a targeted issue of 52,445 shares in Knowit AB (publ).
The issue has result in a change in the number of shares and votes in Knowit AB (publ). The total number of shares and votes as of April 30, 2021, is 19,862,003.
