Remuneration to the Board of Directors for the next year is determined during the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM 2025 resolved on the following remuneration:
- Chairman: KSEK 850 (770)
- Directors: KSEK 300 (290)
- Chairman of the Audit Committee: KSEK 150 (145)
- Member of the Audit Committee: KSEK 74 (72)
