Shared digital platform unites the brands for future growth
Brav AS, the brand house behind Swix, Ulvang, Lundhags, Toko, Helsport and the Skisporet app, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 to establish a shared, flexible, and scalable platform across its brands. With operations in seven countries, distribution in more than 30, and approximately 300 employees, Brav needed a cohesive digital strategy to unite its companies, create business value, and enable continued growth – and that is exactly what this project delivered.

Brav wanted to bring its employees and brands together on a shared digital platform that could unify the organization’s identity and objectives. To meet the demands of both B2B and B2C operations, and to manage complex seasonality within its product assortment, the solution needed to support the company’s growth strategy, streamline processes, and ensure high data quality across the entire group.
CHALLENGE
Shared Structure and Operational Efficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365
By implementing a unified cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, Brav enabled all employees to work within the same system. This resulted in improved data quality, standardized ways of working, and a common framework for all brands within the group. Processes were streamlined, automation was introduced, and the platform was designed to be easily adaptable to strategic shifts – such as the transition toward increased direct-to-consumer sales.
