During the third quarter 2018, Knowit increased its EBITA profit by 12.2 percent, to SEK 56.2 million, and net sales by 14.5 percent, to SEK 661.1 million. During the quarter, Knowit doubled its net recruitment as compared with the same quarter 2017.

For the first nine months of the year, net recruitment increased by 13.7 percent, the EBITA profit increased by 14.9 percent and the margin increased to 9.7 percent. Net recruitment was almost 180 employees.

”We see a positive development of net sales and profit in all Knowit’s business fields during the first nine months of the year. The high level of recruitment is particularly pleasing. Having many people wanting to work at Knowit shows that we are good at taking care of and developing our employees,” says Per Wallentin, CEO and President of Knowit.

The employer branding company Universum has yet again ranked Knowit as the most popular workplace among Swedish consultancy firms. With the goal of creating an even more inclusive corporate culture, Knowit is making conscious efforts in the equality area, to retain, develop, and attract existing and new employees.

”We are steadily increasing our number of female employees and female managers. This makes it especially gratifying that we are nominated for the AllBright Award,” says Per Wallentin.

During the period, Knowit has signed several deals that are in line with the company’s strategic direction to create a humane society through digitalization and innovation. Knowit has been named an innovation partner to Vinnova, is managing gender-related work for DNB, and is developing a system portfolio to simplify purchasing of tickets in the public transportation system for Norwegian EnTur.
