Knowit designated with four Microsoft Solutions Partner programs
Microsoft launched the new Microsoft Cloud Partner Program in October. The new partner program replaces Microsoft Silver and Gold competencies with six new Solutions Partner Designations. As a dedicated Microsoft partner in the Nordics, Knowit receives four Solutions Partner Designations.
The new partner program aims to simplify the partner expertise, experience and presence for customers. Microsoft Cloud Partner Program (MCPP) consists of six Solutions Partner Designations aligned with different solutions areas on the Microsoft Cloud. For each of the Solutions Partner Designations, partners must meet the requirements in three different categories which are Performance, Skilling, and Customer Success.
From day one, Knowit is designated as Microsoft Solutions Partner in four out of six available areas

- Data & AI
- Digital & App Innovation
- Security
After reaching Microsoft Solutions partner status, partners can seek Advanced Specializations in every solutions area. Advanced Specializations involve a third-party audit every second year to verify the fulfillment of the extensive requirements. Today Knowit also holds two Advanced Specializations in the Infrastructure solutions area
- Windows Server and SQL Server Migration
- Windows Virtual Desktop
Knowit’s next goal is to achieve the Solutions Partner Designations for the rest of the solutions areas - Business applications and Modern work. With a strong competence and existing business, we expect the full series to be complete soon.
The Microsoft Cloud Partner Program affects our markets in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Poland.
