The training and qualification unit in Oslo municipality has signed a new frame agreement with Knowit. The contract has an estimated value of 124 million NOK. The agreement has a term of three years, plus an option for a further year.
The purpose of this procurement is to support the service content for digital interaction between municipal authorities, and from the common core system and to and from external registers and actors. The work also includes the management of the Municipality of Oslo integration platform that is an important part of the municipality's infrastructure.
- We have chosen a provider that will give us the support we need during the contract period, said agency director Gerd Robsahm Kjørven in Oslo.
When choosing a supplier, the Oslo municipality emphasized the importance of broad competence, ability and understanding of the task, in addition to the financial terms of the agreement.

Knowit has worked extensively in the development and maintenance of systems in the Municipality of Oslo businesses, government agencies and districts. The contract was won in competition with three other vendors.
