Knowit is initiating a long-term collaboration with ServiceNow, for the delivery of implementation services for their cloud-based application platform. The collaboration means that Knowit further reinforces its delivery capacity in the field by recruiting specialists in the field.
In a first stage, Knowit will recruit six new employees with specialists Niklas Östling and Fredrik Jacobsson at the head. In parallel, another five employees have been given training in order to be certified for ServiceNow.
The goal is to have a significant capacity for delivering consultants in early 2014, with more than twenty specialists on ServiceNow’s platform. At this stage, Knowit has already received several assignments following from the partnership.

IT Service Automation from ServiceNow is a cloud-based application platform which provides the possibility of consolidating and automating process support and services for companies and organizations. The company’s clients include Facebook, Twitter, Morgan Stanley, American Express and Timberland.
