The equality ombudsman, DO, has signed a new frame agreement with Knowit. The agreement has a term of three years, with an option for extension of another year. Knowit has been given the assignment of further development of the website,, and development of a new intranet, as well as application management and support of these.

– DO sees the external website as its most important external communications channel and its image carrier. To begin with we will – together with DO and based on its web strategy – work with content strategy, effects mapping and creating design sketches, says Thomas Engström, client manager at Knowit.

The work will result in a new website, with a new content structure based on EPiServer 7 CMS. The new will be delivered with responsive design to support various units (smartphones, tablets, PC) and offer language support for up to 27 different languages.

The new website will enable reporting discrimination matters online. The launch is planned for autumn 2014.
