Due to a lengthy month-end closing process management had to wait unacceptably long to get hold of the management report. The company was also facing too long annual closing, lack of clear processes with firm deadlines and too old non-interacting systems.
Kinnarps needed support in visualising the current situation, and in developing as well as implementing the process moving forward – a so-called wanted position.
