
Challenge
As part of an overall digitalisation programme, the City of Oslo – together with Knowit – wished to create improved support for electronic interaction between City agencies; to and from the joint central system as well as to and from external registers and other organisations working with the City. This work also included the management of their integration platform, an essential element of their IT infrastructure and digital vision.
The aim was improved dialogue with residents and improved internal work processes. Included in the scope of the assignment were modernisation, increased efficiency, improved time-to-market and better user management.
