The Swedish Agency for Health and Care Services Analysis aims to increase the value of health and social care by contributing in areas such as the development of good public health, the quality of health and social care, efficiency within the system, equality between population groups and geographic regions and increasing the level of public trust.

This demands a dedicated and inclusive website and the aim was to provide access to the results achieved by government agencies and also allow citizens to participate in influencing their work, as this affects everyone.

We attacked our task with the aid of initial impact mapping, followed by the development of concept and design. As we developed the site we also carried out user testing, something which proved to be of great value in seeing how the website was experienced by groups such as the blind and partially sighted, We also produced a tips function for the agency’s review work.

The result was a sharp, vital and value-creating website. For everybody.
