The assignment

The market is flooded with providers offering loans without security, so how does one compete? Demand is increasing among customers with high incomes and this group wants smart, flexible banking services. We took this as our strategic starting point and the basis for MONOBANK’s identity.

The delivery

One important factor was a good user experience for the customer; as a purely online bank is dependent on providing a seamless, dedicated online experience. Knowit Experience developed websites based on user experience, using UX design methods and the technical implementation of these. In addition, our colleagues at Knowit Solutions developed back end systems for the banking solution. 

Areas of expertise utilised in the delivery: Strategy, name development, visual identity, concept development, UX design, project management.

The solution

The solution was a bank that delivers smart, flexible banking services to a target group that expects to be taken seriously. The starting point for the production of MONOBANK’s visual identity was their positioning strategy. We placed a great deal of importance on consistently highlighting the bank’s USPs to ensure that they stand up in a tough market with a great many competitors and may low-interest products.
